Q: What is the shipping charge?

A: We offer FREE local pick up at our retail shop or $15 Flat Shipping charge for BC and Alberta customers.  For all other provinces, shipping charges are depending on where you are.  Upon checkout, it will calculate the total amount of shipping charge required.  

 

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: Gacha Hobbies accepts payments by PAYPAL and credit cards. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to the PAYPAL checkout page and from there, you can either key in your PAYPAL account information or pay with your credit card even without a PAYPAL account. PAYPAL is one of the most secured checkout platforms to secure your money.

 

Q: Are your products authentic?

A: Gacha Hobbies has been in the hobbies retail business for 10 years and more.  We have reliable suppliers from Japan to ensure the authenticity of the products sold.  We strive to secure the products you are buying are official products.

 

Q: Do you take special order if I did not see things I want on your website?

A: If you want an item and do not see it on our website, please contact us. We do special order. Upon confirmation to price, an invoice will be sent to you via email using the PAYPAL checkout. 

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A: If you like to purchase from us, just click to "add to cart".  It will be added into your shopping cart. To view what you have added in your shopping cart, simply click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner. Update quantity or remove item if necessary.  Press the "checkout" icon to fill up necessary information.  Upon completing the delivery form, the system will calculate the shipping fee.  Click "complete the order" button.  An order confirmation will be sent to you by our system. 

 

Q: Can you combine my orders?

A: Only currently available items can be combined to ship. We do not combine items released in different months. If you choose two different pre-order items from two different months, please check out each item separately to avoid late shipment. If you select two pre-order items in two different months, we will send you additional invoice regarding the shipping charge.   Thanks for understanding.

 

Q: Do you offer volume discount if I order more?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer volume discount.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A: Gacha Hobbies does not accept cancellation. Thus please only place order for items you are intended to purchase.  In some specific cases, cancellation maybe allowed with 20% restocking fee. 

 

Q: How long does it take for my item to come?

A: All in stock items are ready to pick up the next business day.  For items need to be shipped, they will be shipped the next business day using Canada Post Expedited service. Anywhere within BC should take 1-3 business days. Any other places within Canada should take less than 7 business days.


Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship anywhere within North America at the moment. However we do ship anywhere worldwide. Please contact us for more information if you are experiencing difficulties with check out process because selected country is not listed.

 

Q: The item is being returned back to Gacha Hobbies due to wrong address or incomplete address.  What should I do?

A: Once we ship out the item, it would be beyond our control.  If it returned back to us, we can arrange second shipment to your location, however, shipping charge will be charged on your behalf.

 

Q: My item arrived is damaged. What should I do?

A:  Please contact us via email within 7 business days for all defected item upon receiving your merchandise.  DO NOT send back any item without our prior consent.  Defected item will be asked to ship it back to our retail shop for exchange.  Only same item will be exchanged, no exception. Upon product availability, sometime you may need to wait a longer period of time for the exchange. Thanks for understanding.

 

Q: Can I return the items bought from Gacha Hobbies?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange or refund.  All sales are final.
